In those first few years, Peter quickly realized that Estonia was more than just Eastern Europe. It was a place that mirrored the open, direct Welcoming attitude of his Dutch roots. &#8220;Estonia has always seemed Scandinavian to me,&#8221; Peter shares. Noting the shared openness and warmth between the Estonians and the Dutch.
